For this ranch home in Turnagain the client was looking for something unique and beautiful, with tons of light and functionality. We tore the 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,100sf ranch down to the studs, and re-built an elegant, modern, 1 bed 1.5 bath luxury home. This home features custom cherry cabinets and built-ins, red oak floors, quartz countertops, cherry doors, floor to ceiling windows, a Rais Gabo wood stove on a turntable, and custom built entry bench and shelf.

These clients in Rogers Park needed a kitchen that could keep up with their cooking. Designed by Anne Severin with Blue Sky Studios, this upscale, open, elegant kitchen would make anyone envious. Custom cherry cabinets including a built in breakfast bar and mega storage are complimented by pretty granite countertops (you've gotta see this sparkle!), chef approved appliances, and super cool backsplash tile. The floors are hickory hardwood and we are drooling over them. We hope this Chef (and his patrons!) will love this kitchen for years to come!
We took this 1940s Turnagain ranch, nicknamed "the Cave", and gave it a facelift. We got rid of an old brick chimey, opened up the space to let more light in, and finished it with cherry cabinets, quartz countertops, a cherry built-in-breakfast nook and a chalkboard for the kids.
A little Turnagain gem, this 1,220sf 3 bd/2 ba house was hidden beneath years of overgrown lilac trees. Once we pulled back the curtains, gutted the house, and renovated it from top to bottom, it took on a whole new life and added value to this quaint neighborhood.

Cedar walls, cedar ceilings, and the biggest cantilever you've ever seen. This house was a blast from the past and with the help of Blue Sky Studios and owners, Thomas and Betsy Neely, it became a contemporary Alaskan oasis.
We kept the cedar charm in the ceiling, but removed the paneling from the walls replacing it with smooth white walls. New red oak wood flooring, refurbished cabinets (we painted them white and had new cabinet doors made), and a new master bath dressed up this gorgeous home. For the master bath, the owners chose a dramatic, modern print to customize the space.
Thomas and Betsy have become good friends of ours and this open, inviting space is the perfect place to sit and take in the Alaskan views.
This new construction home on Sand Lake was one of a kind.
We built this custom murphy bed in a clients flex room, so they would have the option of using it as a guest space or an entertainment/office area. We used MDF and painted it this awesome blue color selected by the client. Butcher block accents highlight the built in bookcase. So pretty, yet totally functional!
